What's up my friend, 

I'm Nate Ohlson, CPT, Coach, Host of Healthy AF podcast and Crohn's Disease Crusher.  The super short version of my story goes something like:  

I was diagnosed with severe Crohn's disease at 17, tried every medication available at the time, nothing worked well, and after 6 years of that I got fed up with being sick and tired and became completely obsessed with getting Healthy AF.  I've been on a quest ever since and I'm proud to say I've been completely off meds and in total remission for the last 5 years, in the best health and shape of my life.
